Warranty Policy
At Audiora, we stand behind the engineering and craftsmanship of our products. We are committed to providing an unparalleled audio experience, which is why all authentic Audiora products are backed by our Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty.
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers functional defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Earbuds & Headphones: 12-Month Limited Warranty.
- Speakers: 24-Month Limited Warranty.
- Accessories: 6-Month Limited Warranty.
2. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date of original retail purchase by the first end-user. Please retain your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
3. What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect (drops, liquid submersion, etc.).
- Normal wear and tear (battery degradation, cosmetic scratches, ear tip replacement).
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
4. How to Submit a Claim
If you experience a technical issue, please follow our professional claim process:
- Visit our Complain Registration page or email support@audioratech.com.
- Provide your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach a photo or short video demonstrating the defect.
5. Resolution
If a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Audiora will, at its option:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the product with a new or functionally equivalent unit.
