Refund policy

1. Order Cancellation & Changes

  • Timeframe: Customers can modify or cancel their order within 4 hours of placement or before the order has been dispatched.

  • Method: Cancellations can typically be requested via account portals or customer support channels before shipping confirmation.

2. Replacements & Defect Reporting Timelines

Audiora operates on a strict timeline-based policy for reporting issues upon delivery:

  • Physical Damage / Wrong Product (Within 24 Hours):

    • If a customer receives a broken item, wrong product, missing accessories, or damaged packaging, they must report it within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Customers are advised not to use or install the product and to keep the original packaging intact.

  • Software or Functional Issues (Within 7 Days):

    • For technical or software-related glitches (e.g., connectivity faults, display issues), complaints must be lodged within 7 days of delivery.

    • Eligible for a replacement after initial troubleshooting and video verification.

  • Post-7 Days (Repair Only):

    • Any issues reported after 7 days fall under the long-term warranty guidelines and are processed for repair rather than direct replacement.

3. The Complaint & Verification Process

  • Evidence Required: Customers must fill out an online complaint form and provide clear video proof/photos showing the issue or close-up visuals to help engineers assess the problem.

  • Inspection: Returned items are evaluated by product engineers upon arrival to verify authenticity and fault conditions.

  • Processing Time:

    • Replacements usually take 7–10 working days.

    • Repairs take roughly 15–20 working days (parts and labor handled under warranty).

4. Warranty Terms (1-Year Coverage)

  • Coverage: Typically includes a 1-year brand warranty covering manufacturing defects, parts, and labor.

  • Exclusions / Void Conditions: The warranty is typically voided if the product experiences damage due to:

    • Customer abuse, drops, or physical shocks.

    • Water logging or exposure past resistance limits.

    • Using unauthorized or fast chargers (non-specified voltage/current).

    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

    • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or color dullness.
